\r\nShannon Stahlin comes from a line of entrepreneurs. His father and grandfathers on both sides launched and ran successful small businesses in their time. He knew that one day he would like to follow in their footsteps.

\r\n\r\nShannon's time came in 2003, in his second year at Tulane Law School. While taking a class on corporations and LLCs, Shannon realized that the traditional process of incorporating or forming an LLC was outdated and overly expensive. As an alternative to paying an attorney a large fee, he came up with the vision and plan for Direct Incorporation. His father, Ed, helped him design the company's first website and establish the necessary business processes. The father-son duo were inspired by the spirit of the American entrepreneur and wanted to make it easier for anyone to start a new business.

\r\n\r\nThough his father is now gone, Shannon carries with him the lessons he learned working alongside him for 14 years. Ed was fiercely devoted to the company's clients and treated each and every client as if they were the only client, and often, as if they were family.

\r\n\r\nShannon uses the client first mentality he learned form his father, as well as the work ethic and tenacity he developed as a college wrestler to continue to build his business and help his clients succeed. Through the years, he has helped over 80,000 clients start new businesses.

\r\n\r\nHe is also a passionate father of three children, and a devoted husband. He lives with his family in Ann Arbor, and is close enough to the office to commute by bicycle every day (even in the winter!). Being the owner of a successful small business is a dream come true for Shannon, as it allows him time and flexibility to be with his family.

\r\n\r\nShannon would like to guide you in starting your own business so that you can also chase your dreams. Call us to connect with Shannon or another helpful rep at Direct Incorporation! 877 281 6496
